Ghost of Follonsbee's Folly

This young adult tale is told mainly from the perspective of Tom, a young fellow of 11yrs with a slightly pesky older sis, two slightly airheaded parents, two energetic younger brothers, a dog, a cat, and a marvelous black cook/nanny whose name is Angela. The adventure begins when the father impulsively buys an old early american gothic mansion that has been abandoned for sometime.

As a child I read this book, having signed it out from the school library on more than one occasion. Many times I have thought of it.

For the age of the book, it was in very good condition. This book is out of print, and the one I have ( a school district reject)was missing a page right at one of the most important parts.
